Site retained existing seven patients and enrolled remaining 28 needed several weeks ahead of scheduled end date.

Phase II – rescue; also Phase III. Sponsor encountered resistance from several sites to use targeted recruitment campaign; enrollment fell behind and under-performers needed rescue effort. |

Created strong study brand so patients felt part of a community; recruitment and retention items customized with site contact information; retention effort included incentive items that supported patient’s lifestyle. Produced posters, brochures, flyers, print ad, radio spot, news releases (print and video), thank-you and reminder cards, study letterhead, pocket study reminder calendar with appointment stickers, incentive items. |

Assisted in enrolling and randomizing the remaining 360 patients needed to complete the study, and did so five weeks ahead of the scheduled enrollment end date.
